Artisan bakery in Skuteviken with a focus on pure, locally sourced ingredients. Here you can get sweet pastries, bread and coffee – all made with love.

More than just a bakery – here you can get lunch, coffee and croissants that they are particularly proud of. Søtt+Salt also runs a catering service and neighbourhood restaurants.

Godt Brød  

Godt Brød opened in Bergen in 1995 and has been serving organic buns and bread ever since. Here you can get sandwiches, coffee and sweet pastries – and you can find them in several locations around the city.

Hyssingen 

Run by young people and apprentices from Hyssingen Production School. Here you can get fresh pastries, hot dishes, coffee and cakes – and support an important initiative at the same time.

Baker Brun  

A traditional Bergen bakery with roots dating back to the 1800s. Combines classic Bergen recipes with modern baking trends. They also serve coffee here.

Kronstad surdeig 

Near Krohnsminde, in a garden behind a white fence, you will find a small stall selling homemade baked goods – various buns, cookies and bread. Opening hours vary, so it is a good idea to follow them on social media. You pick the goods yourself and pay with Vipps.

Det Franske Bakeri  

Authentic French baking – baguettes, croissants and sourdough bread with the genuine taste of Paris. Three locations in Bergen city centre, so you always have one nearby.

Eltekroken - Bakst & Børst  

After Café Ambrosia closed, the owners opened Eltekroken in Mannsverk. The goal? To create a social gathering place outside the city centre. Here you can enjoy coffee and fresh baked goods from their own bakery.

Pink café in Åsane with sweets, coffee and gluten-free baked goods. You can also order cakes for special occasions.
