On Friday, August 15 all students in Bergen are invited to a outdoor concert.
Artists Kjartan Lauritzen, Kamelen and Sushi x Kobe are ready to deliver an evening full of energy and great atmosphere.
At Hallaien, you'll meet other students from all universities, colleges, and vocational schools in Bergen. You’ll get an unforgettable introduction to Bergen, complete with a taste of the city's vibrant culture and music.

This is how you can buy a ticket through your university:
Current students will find a link to buy tickets in Mitt UiB or in Snarveier in UiBtreet. New students receive a link to buy tickets via their sponsor/mentor in August, or find the link in Mitt UiB or UiBtreet.
Current students can find a link purchase tickets in Canvas.
A ticket to the concert is included in the first week pass. Show your wristband at the entrance in a separate line. Current students can find a link in Canvas.
Students can find a link purchase tickets in Studentportalen and will also receive the link in a newsletter.
New students will receive a link to purchase tickets from NLA. Current students can find a link in Canvas.
New students will receive a link to purchase tickets from VID. Current students can find a link in Canvas.
New students will receive a link to purchase tickets from Kristiania. Current students will find the link in Mitt Kristiania and will also receive an e-mail with the link.

Students at Noroff, Sjøkrigsskolen, BAS and Kunstskolen i Bergen can buy tickets for 455 + ticket fee. Please note that concert tickets are non-refundable.

Admission to the concert area opens at 17:00. It's a good idea to be there early.
From 17:00 you can participate in free activities hosted by student organisations.

The concert is for all students in Bergen. Some of the tickets will be reserved for new students and their mentors.
Both full-time and part-time students are welcome at the concert.
You must be a student at the the University of Bergen, Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, Norwegian School of Economics, BI Norwegian Business School, NLA University College, VID Specialized University, Kristiania or Fagskulen Vestland to be able to buy a ticket.
Students at Noroff, Sjøkrigsskolen, BAS and Kunstskolen i Bergen can buy a ticket for a slightly higher price.
The universities have different arrangements for ticket sales, and you will receive information from your university on how to buy a ticket.

Yes, you can! Some tickets will aslo be released for sale to all students, but new students have first priority to tickets.
No. This event is only open to students.
To attend this event you must be 18+, identification will be checked at the entrance.
No, no alcohol can be brought in with you. There will be alcohol for sale in the concert area.
Yes, you can buy food from food trucks.
The concert will be adapted for people who use wheelchairs, with a ramp for wheelchair users with good visibility to the stage. You can buy an ordinary ticket, as there is no special reservation system to get a place on the wheelchair ramp.
We have an accompanying arrangement, where the accompanying person only pays the ticket fee/service fee. If there is capacity, a companion will also be given a place on the wheelchair ramp.
Disabled toilets are available on site.

Upon entry, there will be a check to ensure that you are not carrying items that could be a danger to others. Umbrellas, knives, selfie sticks and the like not allowed. Also note that professional photo/film/recording equipment cannot be brought in.
Study Bergen will have photographers present at the concert to take photos and videos for use on social media, websites, printed materials, and promotion of future events. Media is also invited and may take photos and videos. When Study in Bergen takes close-up photos and videos of the audience, we will ask for consent. However, we will not ask for consent for photos of larger groups where the situation is more important than the individuals depicted.
If you do not wish to appear in larger group photos, we recommend not standing in the area directly in front of the stage.
If you are unfortunate enough to lose something during the concert, you can use the Pixit system. There you can search to see if we have found your item, or you can register what you are looking for. The concert takes place at the historic Koegen, Bergenhus Fortress, right in the center of Bergen. Koengen is the biggest concert arena in Bergen.
The main entrance will be at Bradbenken close to Thon Hotel Orion at the end of Bryggen.
If you’re a student at NHH or Fagskulen Vestland, Show your wristband at the entrance in a separate line.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to refund purchased tickets. Tickets are purchased through Ticketmaster, and their standard terms state that purchased concert tickets are non-refundable.

Who is behind the concert?
The concert is organised by Study Bergen. We are a network organization in which the universities, county, municipality, the student welfare organisation are involved. At Study Bergen, we collaborate on projects to make Bergen a better city for all students.
Bergen Live is responsible for the practical implementation of the event.
